-4989: The key field is not modifiable

You attempted to create a stored procedure with the same name as an

existing stored procedure. Follow these steps to recover:

1 Change the name of the stored procedure.

2 Run the statement again.

3 Run a SELECT *from X$proc# statement to get a list of the

defined stored procedures. From this list, you can determine

whether or not the procedure was actually created.
